production facility has all the modern equipment you need as well as top quality
wine kits from some of the finest vinyards in the world to help you produce exceptional
tasting wines.
Our expert staff are on hand to advise and help you. With each
step:
First:
With your help we will explore the many
wine choices from our informative catalogue of fine red, white, and blush wines. That way you will
find the perfect wine for your individual palate.
Second:
On your behalf our expert team will begin creating your special blend of wine. They will take care
of all stages of fermentation, the monitoring of your wines temperature, finely balancing the
ingredients, and all the other centuries old technical nuances that go into the creation of good
wine.
Third:
When your quality wine is finally complete you will be contacted, together we will set a time for
you to come and bottle your wine. Debbie will give you personal instruction on the process of
sterilizing your wine bottles, filling the bottles with your wine using our fully automatic
siphoning machines, then corking the bottles and finally choosing and applying your labels and foil
shrink tops that will give your wine a professional look.
